How do I book?
WhatsApp or call the outlet you'd like to visit — each outlet page lists its number. Every “Book” button on our website asks for your outlet, then opens its WhatsApp with your treatment filled in.
Can I book online?
For now, please book with the outlet on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a time for you.
How early should I book? Do you take walk-ins?
A day ahead is best — evenings and weekends fill up. Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — just WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before your appointment.
If I'm late, is my treatment shortened?
No, you still get your full treatment time.
What's the last booking time?
All outlets close at 12:30 am; last treatments start at 11:00 pm.
Prices and offers
Do prices include tax?
No — 8% SST is added.
Is there a first-visit offer?
Yes — four signature treatments at first-visit prices, 90 minutes from RM99, by appointment.
When is Happy Hour?
Daily 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: 90 minutes from RM109, 60 minutes from RM89 (+SST).
How do packages work?
Six sessions that never expire, usable at all our outlets and shareable with family and friends.
What is Member Day?
Every Wednesday, buy any package and get one extra session of the same treatment, plus 30 extra minutes on package treatments. Ask our front desk to register you — it's free.
How can I pay?
Cash, card, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
At the spa
Are the rooms private?
Yes. Every room is private with a projector screen for Netflix, YouTube and iQIYI. Shared rooms fit up to 4 people.
Is there a shower?
Yes, all our outlets have private showers.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, we provide treatment wear.
Can I request a therapist?
Yes — give us their name or number when booking. There's no extra charge.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Sorry, we don't offer treatments during pregnancy.
