This notice explains how Oasia Wellness 森泉御足 (“we”) handles your personal data when you use this website, register as a member, make a booking or visit our outlets. It is written in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- When you register or book: your name, phone number or email address, and, if you give them, your birthday month and gender.
- When you visit us: your bookings, the treatments you had, what you paid, and your packages, stored value and coupons.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: the messages you send us.
- When you browse this website: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and device information, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To take and manage your bookings and serve you at our outlets.
- To keep your member account, packages, stored value and coupons.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and receipts.
- To send offers and news by WhatsApp or email. You can stop these at any time (see “Your choices”).
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, so we can improve them.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. They place cookies to count visits and to tell us which ads lead to bookings and sign-ups. When you register, we may also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number so that the sign-up can be matched to an ad. Meta cannot read the original value from it unless it already holds the same contact detail.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: website and database hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta), Google Analytics, Meta advertising and payment providers. Some of them store data outside Malaysia. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and visit records for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account.
Your choices
- Stop marketing messages: use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell us on WhatsApp, or tell our front desk.
- See or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent: write to us at the address below.
- Giving us your contact details is voluntary, but without them we cannot open a member account or confirm a booking.
